Here are new construction projects in the city as posted today, No. 45 of this series.
First is the new commercial building along JR Borja Extension near Sta. Cecilia Subd. As shown above, the 3-storey building will have a mezzanine.
The old Goking Building in Divisoria is also being demolished (2nd floor). The ground floor is occupied by CD/DVD traders. Perhaps, there’s a new investor owing to the revitalized Divisoria area.
The Castrence Building fronting Capitol University is now being demolished to give way to another new construction. We’ll soon know this in a few weeks time.
Meanwhile, the former Perla de Compania Bldg. along A. Velez Street is undergoing a major renovation. Perhaps a new locator for the old structure which has been idle for some time now. Contractor is Enrogel Construction as stated in the notice.
There’s also another new construction at Barra, Opol – a 4-storey Homewood Pension House.
Back to JR Borja Extension, there’s another new building rising beside the commercial arcade hosting Big Shots and Barkadahan as shown below. Sooner or later, JR Borja Extension will be another growth area.
Just ahead of the new project above is another construction as shown below. More probably it’s another commercial undertaking.
This new 4-storey commercial building below is also along JR Borja Extension.
Below is the old KIA Showroom in Cugman. There’s a new building rising.
