Here’s No. 44 of the construction updates series with progress status of previously posted building construction projects in the city.

First is this building project along Corrales Avenue near Bombo Radyo shown above. As indicated, this 2-storey building will be called Manor Pension House and Function Hall. As shown in the tarp installed onsite, there will be parking spaces at the ground floor. Basically, I think this development suites well for living-in seminars and the like. Previous update was October 11, 2011.

Meanwhile, this 2-storey building below along Chaves-Rizal Streets is also on the final stages of construction. As shown, they’ve installed some metal cladding with the interiors undergoing finishing. The occupant in the old building (Duterte Dental Clinic) is also set to re-open soon. Previous update was January 20, 2012

Next is this 3-level commercial building along Toribio Chaves Street near Greenhills. I think it is already completed with minor works perhaps on the ceiling and modifications by the space occupant. Previous update was January 22, 2012.

Below is an update of the new city police office being constructed near the Hall of Justice. Construction is slow (it’s a government project) with only a few concrete columns rising since its groundbreaking last year June 18, 2011.

Development around Market City has increased with this commercial building shown below. The 2-storey building on the left was fist posted here last September 26, 2011.

This commercial arcade along Gaabucayan Street has also progressed significantly as shown. 2 floors have been completed. It seems the 3rd floor is still on hold but the steel bars rise up to the next floor. Previous update was January 20, 2012.

The Chevrolet showroom in Kauswagan is also nearing completion as shown. This was first posted last year February 9, 2011.

There’s already a tarp on this 3-level building at the back of Jollibee Vamenta in Carmen. Previous update was January 22, 2012.

The commercial undertaking along JR Borja Extension has been completed. Actually the finished project concludes that this is an extension of the building beside it. Barkadahan, Big Shots, Forth & Tay are among the early occupants. The previous update of this was last October 22, 2011.

Finally, this building in Lapasan is also almost done. The building look almost done from the front but the back portion is still being worked on. This is a long building.

Next will be No. 45 with new construction projects.
