Here are latest development updates of construction activities inside the 30-hectare Limketkai Commercial Complex.
Shown above is the former Plaza Fair now being renovated and rumored to be occupied by a popular supermarket chain. They demolished the small extension which used to house the wet market of Plaza Fair.
Just across is Grand Caprice Restaurant, which is fully booked for the weekend.
Talking about fully booked, well the rumored Fully Booked is rising rapidly just at the back of Starbucks as shown.
Meanwhile, vertical expansion of the southeast area is well underway with steel frames already in place.
Expansion of the Eastern Wing is also going smoothly with installation of the flooring now halfway done. More high-end shops will occupy said area.
Another vertical expansion this time on the South Concourse near the foodcourt with steel frames now in place.
The hypermart and carpark building is also rising steadily.
The parking area just across the hotel is also undergoing a major re-landscaping. As shown, eco-pavements are being installed as well as drainage culverts.
Overall, construction in Limketkai is everywhere, be it inside the mall or outside. I didn’t even include updates along Rosario Strip in this post. Since all the constructions are connected, the mall’s gross floor area may have doubled already.
