This is number 43 of the construction updates series. Construction is fast for the new Sanvictores Building in Divisoria as shown above.
I first posted this last January 6, 2012. As shown, steel piles and girders are being bolted and welded to form the structural steel frame for the 3-storey commercial building with a mezzanine. At the rate, this building could be done by the 3rd quarter of 2012.
A.R. One Suites along Mabini Street is also nearing completion. My previous update was October 11, 2011. This was formerly Cyechincon Suites, a tongue-twister. Glad that they’ve renamed it as A.R. One Suites…perhaps A.R. is the owner’s initials…and he likes yellow and green.
Meanwhile, construction of this 4-storey pension house cum dormitory along Tomas Saco – 1st Street is also on its final phase. Rough finishing is almost done and perhaps exterior painting is next. Last update was last October 11, 2011.
Construction of the ultra-thin 5-storey commercial building along Velez St. as well as its adjacent edifice are slowly exhibiting some likeable colors and design. Previous update was last January 20, 2012. Only the old Samsung shop between the buildings is left.
Lastly, work on the Couples for Christ (CFC) building along 26th Street in Nazareth has also begun. This was first posted last December 4, 2011. As shown, construction materials are being delivered onsite while excavation works are ongoing.
All of these are just a few samples of the numerous construction works currently in progress in the city… not to mention another set of new constructions which I will be posting soon.
