Five (5) blocks are already sold out of Phase 1 development of Alegria Hills, Ayala Land’s first high-end residential development in Mindanao.

As shown, lot sales of Alegria Hills are as follows:

  • Phase 1 Block 2 – 32 LOTS (11 lots still available)
  • Phase 1 Block 3 – 12 LOTS (4 lots still available)
  • Phase 1 Block 5 – 9 LOTS (SOLD OUT)
  • Phase 1 Block 6 – 13 LOTS (SOLD OUT)
  • Phase 1 Block 8 – 9 LOTS (SOLD OUT)
  • Phase 1 Block 9 – 8 LOTS (SOLD OUT)

Only unmarked lots  are available (taken from Alegria Hills website. Note that price range for this project is from Php 3 – 10 M, definitely catering to high-end or Class A clients.

The 53-hectare high-end residential subdivision project, which was launched in 2007, is perfectly perched atop sloping highlands is set amidst green open spaces on a highland plateau, affording a panoramic view of Cagayan de Oro City and the Macajalar Bay.

Now that sales of Phase 1 is nearing sold out, will Phase 2 follow? Info states that Ayala will also build a middle-income subdivision beside it. The extent of the Alegria Hills development is shown below. Right below it is still Ayala property stretching up to Indahag proper.

As shown in the Google-Earth map below (image as of June 2011), the arterial road which traverses the property is already done. If Phase 2 commences, the road networks and subdivision lot layouts f0llow.

With the recent flood incident, those opting for elevated areas has increased.
