It’s been several months since I made no. 7 of this buzz series. Rumors are again high now that business is back in the city after the flood.

On top of the list is the rumored arrival of Fully Booked at Limketkai Complex shown below at the construction site just beside Starbucks. It is a specialty bookstore merging graphic with chic. Its branches is characterized with a cozy atmosphere and a well-informed staff, not merely a bookshop but a lifestyle destination.

Rumor has it the building will be similar to something like this below, the iconic 5-level branch at Bonifacio High Street. Most hard to find books are usually found at Fully Booked.

Fully Booked is home to the widest and most diverse range of titles, offering hard-to-find and exclusive books of every interest. With over 300,000 titles covering five main categories, namely Lifestyle, Children, Design, Humanities and Professional, Fully Booked has captured the loyalty of book lovers of all ages and walks of life. Discriminate graphic novel enthusiasts may likewise marvel at the country’s widest selection of graphic novels. Fully Booked is not limited to just books. It boasts of high quality stationery as well as limited edition statues, rare compact discs and other collectibles. Besides being a retail outfit, Fully Booked carries exclusive distributorship of international record labels such as Harmonia Mundi, ECM Records and Channel Classics Records among others. I guess Fully Booked LKK branch will be surely something like the branch at Bonifacio High Street. There are still new shops opening at LKK Mall but Fully Booked really got my attention.

This next rumor has been posted in Buzz No. 7 (click HERE). Now that Ayala Land has announced its condo project at Centrio, the rumored sale of the old Coca-Cola Complex to SM Development Corp. has taken up a notch higher. Accordingly, adjacent properties surrounding the complex has already been purchased too. SMDC is SM’s residential property developer focusing on the premium middle market, expertly balancing key housing factors of quality, style, durability, and affordability. The corporate in-charge of mall projects is SM Prime, so since this is SMDC, rumors indicate a high rise residential development.

Next on the buzz list is the rumored multi-level condo project of a local developer along CM Recto Avenue and Osmena Street. This developer is currently constructing their latest project in the uptown area. Accordingly, this will cater to customers left out of the Centrio Tower and SMDC Projects. If there’s any indication if this rumor is true, initial info states the lot has been bought already. Can you guess it?
