Well, as you can see, there’s no activity at the site. However, accordingly, budget for its completion has been approved. So we just have to wait for the resumption of activities. Last year, the facility’s roof was finally completed.

All the civil works have been completed. Only the aesthetics and perhaps functioning utilities remain. In order for this facility to work, it has to significantly offer the best amenities. Otherwise, accessibility continues to be the main obstacle.

The facility offers a magnificent view of the city.

If Tagoloan Bridge is the “longest bridge”, then CDOICC is the largest convention center because it “took” (optimistic) more than a decade to finish.
