Uptown residents can now have a sigh of relief as the P119 million Macanhan Flyover is set to be inaugurated tomorrow, November 15, 2011.

As shown, the flyover structure is now ready for tomorrow’s opening. The debris and some construction materials can be easily removed overnight.

However, the other road networks – from Macanhan to Uptown (vice-versa), from Zayas to Uptown (vice-versa), from Zayas to West City Central School (WCCS), and from Macanhan to WCCS are still under construction due to delay on the road right of way. Shown below are the on-going demolition of houses affected with the Masterson Avenue expansion which will cater to the routes earlier stated. Macanhan-bound motorists will continue to use the temporary route until these roads have been completed.

Eastbound Masterson Avenue from Uptown

I guess by tomorrow, only the WCCS to Macanhan route can be accessed as shown below.
