Oro River Duck Tours to be launched soon

The Oro River Duck Tours will soon be launched with initial ticket rates at P500 for adults and P400 for kids.

The 90-minute “adventour” will cover land, river and sea route in Cagayan de Oro City as shown below.

The tour is made possible with the amphibian M/V Ducklas Macartour departing from Limketkai Mall Parking Area as the starting point. Tourists will be aided by the so-called “conducktour” who will provide information and guide to the various landmarks of the city along the route as shown. This is said to be the first land, river and sea all-in one tour in the country.

I’d say a P7 joyride in a flashy Jeepney with a good stereo is as much fun, especially for foreign tourists, who are not used to Jeepneys.

we need to at least renovate the old monuments in divisoria.. make it more bigger and more old looking.. man-made tourist attraction gud.. pati cagayan de oro river.. it must be cleaned.. clear and blue to attract tourists attentions.. and if possible, construct another separate road intended for the tourist..at least they will not experience heavy traffic in our city.. ‘cuz in cdo, time is gold.. we need them to feel that their time is spent preciously and worth it!

@Charles: Divisoria and Gaston Park is almost tolerable, but Puntod …

The wealthy Manila tourist who can afford this might not be pleased standing without air-con in the traffic that they hoped to escape for for a few days, in Puntod they might be even afraid.

Then again hopefully they will work on that, too.

Camiguin would be more fun for that vehicle, but I know there is not enough customers over there…
