Here are the latest updates on Limketkai Mall’s expansion projects. Clearly shown above are the columns for the additional floor along the southeast corner of the mall.
The columns are also rising south of the East Wing perhaps expanding over a section of the parking area and across Limketkai Avenue.
Meanwhile, pile driving is still ongoing on the lot next to the East Wing beside DFA Building. Vertical construction have also began in one section of said lot.
I mentioned in my blog before that the mall’s expansion goes well beyond Bitan-ag Creek. Pictures below show piles on the area beyond the creek. These shots were taken along the Lapasan-Camaman-an Road near Prycegas Refilling Station. You can clearly see the mall’s East Wing in the background.
Meanwhile, extension of Rosario Strip is also underway and almost done just beside Coffeeworks.
With all these developments inside the 30-hectare commercial complex, still the company is mum about such undertaking. They continue to amaze us by continuing to build, demolish, alter, and build again and again. Limketkai is one we can really call homegrown.
