Here are some additional new construction projects again…no. 36 of this series. First is the 3-storey building of the Macajalar Lodge N0. 184 of the Freemasons along J. Seriña Street in Carmen, just a stone’s throw away from KSY Convenience Store.
The site has been cleared already and maybe anytime within the next few days, civil works will begin. You can probably guess who’s the contractor of this project.
Below is a construction project that’s nearing completion but has been ongoing for several months already. Unfortunately, I often pass by the area without my cam…and finally, I got stalled in traffic and luckily, I was in front of the building – the Commission On Audit building near Carmen Bridge. The major renovation relocated all office work at their annex located at the back. The project involved a new fence, new facade, new interiors – which are long overdue.
Next is this 3-storey commercial building along Kauswagan Highway and is also almost done…call the number if you’re interested.
Finally, the 3-storey San Isidro Labrador Parish Building in Gusa is set to rise soon. Site clearing is now underway at the site just beside the church.
I could have posted more new developments but time does not persist….
