The ongoing completion of the P758 million Cagayan de Oro International Trade & Convention Center is now under Phase IIE, which covers construction of plant boxes, built-up steel columns, water proofing of retaining walls, floor, walls and ceiling finishings, and installation of electrical wirings and railings.
Phases I, IIA, IIB, IIC and IID amounting to P337.98 million have been completed. Phase IIE costs around P48 million and is expected to be finished in November this year.
