Gerry’s Grill, one the largest restaurant chains in the country will soon be opening a branch in Cagayan de Oro City.
The restaurant with the Blue Marlin in its logo was started by Gerry Apolinario way back in 1997 and since then, rapidly expanded throughout the country and in the United States with 47 branches overall. Its location in Cagayan de Oro is still not known but perhaps persons close to the the local franchisee might share an info.
A job ad was posted May 12, 2011 for a Restaurant Manager in a popular online job recruitment site. As shown below, the applicant should not be more than 40 years old, should be an HRM, Food and Nutrition graduate or any business related course, and with at least 5 year(s) of working experience in dining and kitchen operations gained from a local restaurant or fast food chain, 3 years of which in managerial capacity, among others.
