Latest press release from Ayala Land revealed that Centrio Mall will have three levels, exclusive of one-level basement parking, a gross leasable area of approximately 70,000 square meters (sq. m.) and would have an anchor store, upscale signature brand boutiques, fashion forward brands, four cinemas, fine dining and fastfood chains with 100% backup power in consideration of the prevailing power situation in Mindanao.

Investment for the project was pegged at P4.5 billion with the inclusion of an eight-storey, 150-room “boutique” hotel to be operated by an Ayala Land subsidiary, with an option for a four-storey business process outsourcing hub building on top of the mall with a gross leasable area of 10,000 sq. m. and a residential condominium within the property.

Accordingly, the name “Centrio” denotes a convergence of various establishments located at the commercial heart of a city.
