Governor Oscar S. Moreno reveals that the government is now ironing out new projects to be laid on the surrounding areas of the Laguindingan Airport in Misamis Oriental.

The airport construction is set to be completed next year, prompting all key agencies in the government to start their dialogue and set everything in order.

Their hands are full of equally important matters to tackle such road widening projects, water system, energy supply, placements of hospital, telecommunications facilities and boosting tourism.

The National Economic Research and Business Action Center (NERBAC) meanwhile is considering the putting up shuttle service from the airport to the nearby cities of Cagayan de Oro and Iligan.

NERBAC is also looking into the feasibility of putting up fast craft service in the airport to provide an alternate route and drop off terminals to any parts of the region.
