Here are some new construction projects in the city…they never stop. First is another Citi Hardware branch in Tablon shown above. I think it’s as big or maybe even larger than their latest branch in Bulua. Perhaps the appliance business must be booming in the city.
As seen below, the structure of the building is slowly taking shape. The site is just some 50 meters from the old Mercedes Benz showroom.
Next on the list is another new huge warehouse also located in Barangay Tablon shown below. Construction is now focused on the steel frames of the roof.
Going back to Lapasan, there’s a new commercial construction shown below…shielded by a tall gate but now nearing completion.
A few days ago I dropped by at the DENR Regional Office at Macabalan to get some subdivision plans…there’s another new construction, an expansion of their office shown below.
Along Ebarle, there’s a new 2-storey residential-commercial building rising as shown below…the tarp bearing the name of the architect (Architect Heinrich Ty–again).
Lastly, the proposed branch of CoffeeWorks at Xavier University Gym now under construction…coffee shops are becoming a habit in the city.
There are at least 5 more NEW construction projects I wanted to post but I’ll reserve them for No. 24 in the series.
