Some 167 participants are now undergoing livelihood skills training on commercial cooking, baking and pastry, and food processing at the Westbound Terminal in Bulua. The six-month training program is being handled by the Cagayan de Oro city Mayor’s Office-Community Improvement Division in coordination with the Technical Skills Dev’t Authority (TESDA).

Also, 183 participants are undergoing six-month livelihood skills training on hairstyling and massage therapy.

This will benefit many people in the city particularly in the small business enterprise sector as support businesses for large investments in the city.
