TO cap its 41st Anniversary with a bang, Ororama launches Fashion Drama 2010 which showcases new concepts in the local fashion industry.

“This is an event that has an important bearing in today’s economy and contributes to our regional standing in the national’s fashion chances,” said Mrs. Claire Tan, Ororama’s marketing manager.

Fashion Drama 2010 is Ororama’s first fashion show in its 41 years of pioneering Cagayan de Oro’s retail industry since way back in 1969.

“Ororama has grown in distinction as Cagayan de Oro has developed remarkably,” Ms. Tan said.

Over the years, Ororama has evolved from a low-cost apparel supplier into a recognized production and sourcing of quality fashion as more and more local and talented designers are emerging, bringing with them new and exciting concepts into the fashion market. Not only are they becoming important players in the local fashion scene, they are also making their mark nationally.

“Fashion shows have become a magnet for designers and buyers to get together for business, market intelligence, and inspiration. Indeed, the shows are now synonymous with national fashion centres.

And Ororama is no exception,” Ms. Tan said as she thanked Mr. Jarrvee Udasco for making the fashion show an overwhelming success, local and guest designers, and all Ororama employees who, in one way or the other, contributed for the success of the event.
