Updated rendering of the Paseo del Rio Mixed Use Development shown above revealed two (2) high rise buildings at the back of the Business Hotel (fronting the river). In between the tall structures is believed to be the modern convention center as envisioned.
These designs were posted at the company WESBITE of ESCA Engineers, consultants on structural and civil works construction. The masterplan of the muxed use complex was designed by Palafox and Associates.
As shown below, the two high rise buildings have a 2-level basement parking elevated from the main roadway (Rodelsa Circle). Perhaps, the buildings could be another hotel but we”l just wait for the press release. What is publicly known is the Paseo del Rio Business Hotel (I counted 16 floors) because the perspective had been installed onsite prior to the elections.
Of the two buildings as shown above, the taller one is at least 34 storeys. The “shorter” one has at least 28 floors. These are projects worth waiting for.
