RUSTIC and robust flavors will dominate the Gingoog Food Festival starting July 23-25 at Café Cagayan of Pryce Plaza.

Recipes with Spanish influence and traditional marinations comprise Pryce Plaza’s version of Callos Madrilejos, Menudo, Salpicado, Organic Chicken Adobo, Seafood Paellas and Alimango Congreo.

Various fruits and delicacies from the earth-friendly farm initiatives of Gingoog are concocted into Pumpkin Soup, Aragula Pomelo Salad, Goat Cheese, Pastillas and other centerpiece of the farmers’ product.

The Gingoog Food Festival is a tribute to the 65th Cityhood Anniversary of Gingoog City this July.

The Gingoog Food Festival is available during lunchtime from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m.
