A historical marker will be installed at the old Water Tower near Gaston Park, which is now undergoing refurbishment work as the Museum and Archives Center of Cagayan de Oro City. The old Water Tower was built in 1921 and is one of the city’s landmarks.

Photo below shows a local artist explaining to Mayor Constantino’Tinnex’ Jaraula the details of the marker’s perspective that will be installed at the site. Looking on are City Heritage Council Chair Dorothy Jean Pabayo, City Administrator Griscelda Joson and Heritage Council member Aileen San Juan. (CIO)
