Construction of the Alegria Hills Clubhouse is in full swing as shown in the following photos. Lots of construction workers are seen making all kinds of civil works on the seemingly very large building within Ayala’s first housing venture in Mindanao.
I estimate the ground works and the building stretch to at least 100 meters. The building alone is almost 70 meters long.
You can clearly see the concrete columns and structural frames of the 2-storey clubhouse which is reported to have the largest restaurant overlooking the city.
The backhoe at the right reminds me of something….
It’s good to see contractors really imposing the use of safety gears like helmets and of course, uniforms.
Construction of the high-end subdivision is still ongoing as much of the civil works are still concentrated on the lower portion of the property. The view at the top of the plateau should be spectacular.
