I got this layout of the proposed Ayala Mall from a popular forum. Unless plans change, the mall will have 4-storeys with two level basement parking.

A closer look at the Site Development Plan shows the portion of the Floirendo property excluded from the mall site will be the site of a 3-tower residential condominium project.

As seen below, the main mall will have 4 storeys with 2-level basement parking. The text isn’t clear but my guess is that it will have a gross floor area of 64,000 square meters.

The BPO Hub building component will have 12 floors with GFA of 25,000 square meters. A 2-level Al Fresco area is also planned which is similar to that of Cebu.

A second entrance for the basement parking will be at the lower right portion perhaps fronting Graphics.

The main entrance will be along CM Recto Avenue with entrance 1 for basement parking, a public utility drop-off center and a fountain.

The existing hotel below is the Southwinds Hotel.

The main hallway of the mall is shaped like an inverted “C”.

Other info is that construction of the mall will start in the first quarter of 2010.
