This is a continuation of my previous post but still due to time constraints, I wasn’t able to cover all of the other minor commercial constructions around Cagayan de Oro City.
The featured photo above is that of a multi-storey residential/commercial building along Fernandez (formerly Dolores) Street near Xavier University. The neighborhood is a known conclave of boarding houses and apartments catering to students and young professionals. As seen in the succeeding pictures, vertical construction is currently on the 5th floor.
Pride Rock Business Park is also expanding. They’re currently constructing another building in between Building C and B. The project is warranted because there’s only one commercial space left of the current 3 buildings in the business park.
The above construction is on the vacant space in the middle of the picture below.
Based on the perspective, the building under construction is connected to Building C.
The photo below is along Bulua Highway and as stated in the billboard, it’s a residential/commercial construction.
Below is another commercial building construction along Antonio Luna Street just across COWD. Formerly the Mozcom building now converted into Vineyard International Polytechnic College. As shown vertical expansion is ongoing.
At the corner of Antonio Luna and Capt. Vicente Roa Street is another commercial building construction as seen below. There’s another commercial edifice under construction just a few meters behind it (to the left of the photo) but my camera battery just drained.
