Georgetown Cybermall, a strip-type commercial establishment, will soon be open to the public. G-Town, as I may call it, is conveniently located along RN Pelaez Boulevard just across Liceo de Cagayan University and the Pelaez Mansion. This is the latest undertaking of Torre de Oro Development Corp., the project proponent, which previously established Pelaez Arcade 1 (Jollibee Divisoria), Pelaez Arcade 2 (McDonalds Divisoria, Mang Inasal, Watsons), and Pelaez Arcade 3 (Chowking Divisoria, Goldilocks).
Set to open first will be a new branch of Banco de Oro. Another will be a noted chain of drug store, and a popular fastfood chain. Because of its name, I believe the building will also house internet cafés, computer shops, computer services and perhaps, call centers.
Construction is still going on in several areas of G-Town.
